You’ll receive Bonus tokens through a variety of means, including deposit bonuses, promotions, and goodwill bonuses. Before you can make use of them, you’ll first need to claim them!
The ‘Claim’ button can be seen across our website, including:
- In the top-right of all pages (excluding the help portal you’re in right now!).
- Your profile notifications page
- The notification section of your profile overview page
- Your user dropdown menu.
Ultimately, all bonus tokens can be claimed via your user dropdown menu. Selecting the ‘Claim’ button will open your user dropdown menu to continue the claiming process.
Once you’ve selected ‘Claim’, you’ll be prompted to choose how you would like to have your bonus token split. Here, you can choose from:
- A single bonus token
- Two (2) bonus tokens of equal value
- Four (4) bonus tokens of equal value.
For example, if you’re claiming a $5 bonus token, you have the option to select a single $5 bonus token, two (2) $2.50 bonus tokens or four (4) $1.25 bonus tokens.
Once you’ve selected your desired split, select ‘Claim’, which will make the bonus token(s) available to use on all eligible products (such as the sportsbook, eSportsbook, UMode and casino).
Depending on your bonus token, you may be limited to specific products or modes to use it on.
